By creating an account and playing, you agree to these rules. Not knowing them does not excuse breaking them.

1. Accounts

  1. One account per person. Owning, creating or playing more than one account (multi-accounting) is not allowed. This covers accounts made to farm, trade to yourself, hold extra storage, vote more than once, or get around a ban.
  2. One game client per person. Running more than one client at the same time is not allowed, even when the other client belongs to someone else's account.
  3. No sharing, selling or buying accounts. Your account is yours alone. Don't give your login details to anyone, including people claiming to be staff.
  4. Shared connections. If several people play from the same home or network, each person must use their own account. Tell the staff first so the accounts aren't flagged by mistake.
  5. Your security is your job. Staff will never ask for your password. Anything done on your account counts as done by you.

2. Fair Play

  1. No cheating. Bots, macros, auto-clickers, speed hacks, packet editors, modified clients and any other third-party program that gives an advantage are forbidden.
  2. No exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, report it to the staff right away and don't use it or tell other players about it. Abusing bugs, including item or gold duplication, is punished even if you only did it once.
  3. Report bugs honestly. Players who report serious bugs responsibly may be rewarded.

3. Conduct

  1. Respect everyone. Insults, harassment, threats, and discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality or orientation are not allowed.
  2. No spam or flooding in chat, whispers or shops.
  3. No advertising of other servers, websites or services.
  4. No inappropriate names for characters, families or shops (offensive, sexual or hateful names, or names copying staff).
  5. No sharing personal information about other players.
  6. Don't disrupt play for others, for example by blocking NPCs, portals or areas on purpose, or by repeatedly killing the same player to harass them.

4. Trading and Economy

  1. No real-money trading. Selling or buying items, gold or characters for real money or anything outside the game is forbidden.
  2. No scamming. Check every trade window before you accept. Staff can't refund items lost through carelessness, but scammers will be punished.

5. Staff

  1. Pretending to be staff is forbidden.
  2. Follow staff instructions while they're dealing with a situation. If you disagree with a decision, raise it later through the proper channel. Don't argue about it in public chat.
  3. Staff will never give items, gold or special treatment because someone asks for it.

6. Reports and Sanctions

  1. Report rule breaks with screenshots or other proof through the official support channel.
  2. Depending on how serious and how repeated the offence is, sanctions include: a warning, a chat mute, a temporary ban, removal of items or gold, or a permanent ban.
  3. Multi-accounting, cheating, bug abuse and real-money trading can lead to a permanent ban of every account involved.
  4. You may appeal a sanction once through the official support channel. False reports and appeals are punished too.
  5. Staff may update these rules at any time. The latest version always applies.
